Stock orders that exceed $300 and that are being shipped to a location within the contiguous 48 states will not be charged freight.  Orders must be shipping to one location using the carrier of our choice to qualify for free shipping.  Telephone and website orders totaling less than $300 will be charged freight.

Orders not meeting the $300 threshold will be charged a $10 flat rate fee for shipping.

Most orders ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer and are usually delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and carrier’s operations.

Orders placed by 3PM EST will ship same day. Change orders or modifications to a previous order made after 3PM, will be attended to the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will ship according to staffing and resources available, otherwise, orders placed during this time will be given first priority on the next business day.

If an order is shipped via skid, customer is responsible for unloading the goods and having a facility able to receive a skid. Please have the necessary unloading equipment readily available at the shipment destination. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after stock level is confirmed.

Orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and other locations not in the contiguous 48 states are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE FREIGHT with a purchase of $300.00 offer. Please contact us with any questions.

All orders/ shipments are F.O.B origin; ownership of the order/shipment passes to the customer as soon as it leaves our facilities.
